Next Steps

Since we finished walking in March, I have been in the studio working from the source material from the walk, and thinking about the final pieces I want to make. I'm working with textiles, print and watercolour and hoping to develop pieces that can be exhibited in venues on the route.

This week I'm lucky enough to have been given use of a large workshop space at Northlight Art School. I am going to be here doing a DIY residency from Monday 24th to Saturday 29th October. I'll be open to the public from 10-12 each week day, and 10-5 on Saturday for people to come and see the work developing. On Friday night I will be doing an artist's talk about the project from 7pm. Everyone is welcome to attend. Northlight Art School can be found on Hangingroyd Lane in Hebden Bridge, HX7 7BZ.
